I had a decent experience at this hotel, which is conveniently located near Ximen MRT and the bustling shopping district. The rooms were clean but a bit on the small side for two large suitcases, and I wished there were more amenities. The service was friendly and even provided a simple but nice breakfast. The staff were genuinely friendly and eager to help. However, the room left much to be desired; it was quite small and not very comfortable. I had a pretty good stay at the hotel overall. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the metro and in a lively area, plus the staff was friendly and accommodating.
